As your coach, Erin helps you identify and individualized action plan for starting or improving your speaking business and performance. She begins with a phone consultation, at no cost to you, to discuss if you're a good candidate for Speaker School. After the consultation, she will send you a proposal with recommended next steps. Should you decide to move forward,coaching may happen in multiple formats:

• Over the phone
• In-person, at the Speaker School office in Boulder, CO
• In-person, at your office (If Erin is in your geographic area for a speaking engagement.)

All coaching is individualized, and the following questions are addressed:

• What is the vision of the client in their personal life?  (Family, hobbies, social, financial)
• What is the professional vision of the client in their speaking career?
• What are the most efficient strategies for the client to reach his/her goals?

Topics covered in your coaching are customized to your needs, but may include:

• Ways to increase bookings in your desired market (Erin specializes in high school, college & corporate)
• Applying to speakers bureaus
• Developing marketing materials (one-sheets, branding, etc.)
• Leveraging technology into booked gigs (website design, social media)
• Presentation content and/or delivery
• Getting media interviews (and developing a media kit)
• Creating multiple streams of income
• Developing product (books, DVDs, etc.)
• Writing & publishing books
